No tumor: The brain is encased in the cranial vault and can not result in bleeding from the nostril. The mucosa of the nose can induce bleeding. The nasal cavity extends in the facial region to the ethmoid sinuses. If bleeding persists many of the laryngeal scopes or nasal speculum can be passed into the nose for an exam.and bx if needed.
