There's a part of my vision that slightly bends light. i can see perfectly through it and not notice anything unusual. its when i turn my head side to side, i notice that a certain part of my vision is causing objects to bend a little. keratoconus?

Could be and easy to diagnose. Have someone who knows how measure your corneal shape and depth and you will know.

keratoconus should not cause blurring of vision with head or eye movement. I think you should get your eyes checked.
