Why would some people feel the vasolidation affects of 100mg dipyridamole x 3 a day, more than others? 100mg tablet after an hour i feel heavy, racing heart, wired, rushy, flushed. i need the medication but this reaction is horrible?

These symptoms may well be due to dipyridamole and attributable to vasodilatation. You must contact your physician to see whether dose adjustment is possible to reduce these symptoms.
