HIV has never been known to be transmitted by hand-genital contact or fingering. But please don't push your luck: such contact often leads to intercourse, even if not originally intended, so have condoms handy! Or avoid all contact with HIV infected partners, unless known to be on anti-HIV drugs with HIV undetectable in his blood (in which case risk is zero even with unprotected vaginal sex).
