Opioids can be excreted in semen, urine, feces, breastmilk and other bodily fluids. Ingestion of any of these can cause transmission of the opioids into your system. If your drug test came out positive for opioids, it is very likely that this is the cause. Not sure how your boyfriend passed the test.

The amount of opiates and other illicit drugs in semen is very small and not likely to cause a false positive urine toxicology screen

Many drugs are excreted in male ejaculate. Few have been shown to affect the female. I am aware of concerns that finasteride and dutasteride -- used to treat urinary problems due to large prostates -- may affect a pregnant woman's developing fetus. Most other drugs are not really a concern. The dose that the sexual partner would be exposed to is very low, especially so if he passed the Drug test.
