What does it mean to have "many" non squamous cells, ph of 8.5 and leuk esterase of 15 in urinalysis. a culture and sensitivity was also performed on the same urine which came out negative?

When you urinate the epithelial lining could come with the urine and it does not mean anything bad. The ph is a reflection of what was excreted which means it is alkaline to keep the body stable things have to be removed. The important thing is the culture was negative, however you did not mention why it was done and how you are doing which is more important.

I have no idea how many is many where you live. Could be a scant bit or a whole bunch. Need more details and translation. Usually means more than I want to count here. :-)
