This is very concerning and warrants an evaluation by a physician ASAP, preferably in the emergency room where prompt care is available. Black stools,unless caused by peptobismol or kaopectate, are usually caused by bleeding in the upper gi tract. Your chest discomfort could be from inflamed or ulcerated esophagus. Loss of blood lowers BP & causes severe weakness. Cardiac check also needed.
