My hunch is that it is a problem with you stomach acid and GERD. Your body is talking to you. Listen to it and take good notes.Share with your Drs You all will figure it out. Very unlikely related to you heart at your age.

Chest pain due to a heart problem would be unlikely at your age. Chest pain due to a heart problem tends to occur with activity, emotional stress etc. Please see your physician for a detailed history and exam in order to make an accurate diagnosis. Good luck.
