Had a d&c for missed miscarriage on 14th october. since 15th october iv developed a ulcer on labia. its really painful and wont heal. not sti. i am under rheumatologist for ?lupus and being tested for periodic syndrome. could it be to do with that?

If the rheumatologist is uncertain of the relationship of this nonsexual vulval ulcer to other coexisting conditions, I recommend consulting a dermatologist for evaluation. Rheumatologists are not as adept at diagnosing female genital ulcers. In the meantime apply cool compresses,lidocaine cream,white Vaseline or zinc oxide to obtain some relief of discomfort.
