A member asked:

Experience inflammation/pain, low grade fevers & had these elevated lab results: rheumatoid factor 31 iu/ml,metamyelocytes 6% (prev elevated @ 1% since 2017), myelocytes 3%,hemoglobin 15.3,hemotocrit 45.3. do these labs indicate specific conditions?

The presence of immature white cell precursors(Myelocytes and meta myelocytes) is not entirely normal unless there is serious infection which is causing high white cell count(WBC). So I would recommend that you obtain a complete blood count(CBC) and differential count which will give us a better assessment of your health and to rule out any chronic infectious or inflammatory condition.

Elevated RF with symptoms suggests an autoimmune disease such as rheumatoid arthritis. Your primary care physician or a rheumatology specialist can provide more definitive answer.
