Your question is not clear enough. What part of you body was infected with Staph aureus? Because of this infection, you were treated with Levofloxacin and erythromycin, is it correct? And you have rashes and blisters on your penis, correct? Do you have rash or blister anywhere else? Rash and blisters on penis alone are rarely adverse effects of antibiotic allergy.

Staph where? It is probably not related to treatment. Clean penis with mild soap and water and apply OTSccortisone ointment. If not better see your MD or Urologist.
