I had a swollen uvula with swollen tonsils last week swollen uvula went away and now its swollen again with my swollen tonsils. is it because i havent took care of my throat ? or cause my tonsils are still here ?

Hello, the swelling of the uvula typically will take some time for resolution. The uvula lies in a dependent position. The timing will also depend on the degree of swelling. Snoring? Apnea’s? In my practice, I may prescribe steroids. If you are having trouble swallowing or breathing, you'll obviously need to be seen in an ER. Consider an ENT evaluation. Good luck and I hope this helps.
