More information is needed. How long have you had stomach pain, what provokes it? You need the information from a doctor can obtain the entire picture. These studies can be done by positioning the patient differently to see if laying down changes blood flow as compared to standing to figure out rare conditions. You may have celiac artery narrowing, THe inferior mesenteric artery seems ok
