Nipple discharge and irregular periods could be caused by high levels of the hormone prolactin. I recommend you see your primary care physician to have this evaluated. The size discrepancy in the breasts is likely to be unrelated to the other two symptoms, and easy to sort out with a breast exam to ensure the enlargement is properly investigated.
