ROUGH PATCHES HANDS: Dark rough patches on hands can be a result of many things. Various strong soaps can do it. Laundry detergents are other things that you may have to change. What kind of work do you do? Do you wear gloves? Do your patches itch? You may have an allergy to many things you are exposed to. Paints and sprays and lubricants and kerosene can be the cause. Do see a dermatologist. Do you have psoriasis?
