Could you catch any infections or stds from washing clothes from a public laundry room? like laundry machines?

No. A laundry detergent would inactivate micro-organisms. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV, Flu and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!

Certain infections are called "sexually transmitted" for good reason! No sex means no risk, with rare exceptions that do not include any form of environmental contamination. Even wearing unlaundered clothes worn by infected persons is no risk.
