There is no good way to assess your problem without an examination. Sudden significant blurred vision is something that needs urgent evaluation to possibly prevent permanent worsening of your sight. See your ophthalmologist ASAP or if necessary go to an emergency room.

The first thing is to visit the Eye Doctor, Ophthalmologist, for a good eye exam. It will also determine if there is a Diabetic Eye change that might be causing the blurry vision. After the Eye Doctor the PCP should guide one's other or associated medical issues.

After your eye doc visit as suggested by other responses, please address your lifestyle. It is a challenge but weight loss, dietary changes, and some exercise can work wonders. Most diabetes today is type 2, from lifestyle, not genes. Peace and good health.
