You should get tested for Covid-19 as it can lead to the symptoms you are describing. Your oxygen level is ok and your heart rate is mildly elevated, which can be due to many factors including coughing, shortness of breath, activity, etc. You should call your doctor who can help get your Covid test. Go to the ER if your symptoms are worsening. Get a Covid vaccine, if you haven’t already. Good luck
