I have sinusitis for a week. ive been getting right sided headaches on the back of my head and also a stabbing sensation off and on. should i be worried about it?

Hi, I wouldn't " be "worried", but you should see a Dr. as soon as you can.Your headaches & "stabbing sensation" are not typical of sinusitis. If you saw a doctor who diagnosed sinusitis, did they put you on antibiotics? If so I would call them today to describe these other symptoms. If you haven't seen a Dr. yet, I would call your primary doctor today, or go to a walk-in clinic to be checked.
