I had laminectomy excision of tumor s1-s3 on oct 15, but my left butt and my right upper thigh are still numb. even my genitals are the rest of my body feel okay. is this normal? it's been 3 days but i'm not seeing an improvement. i'm 26/f?

Far too early for the effects of the tumor to fully heal and return to normal function. Assuming mild nerve compression, it would take a minimum of 4 weeks for the numbness to resolve. The right thigh issues could involve secondary meralgia paresthetica. Discuss expectations with your surgeon.
