I'm struggling with very bad suicidal thoughts, i feel as if at any point i will no longer be waking up to see tomorrow, i have no idea why this may be but has been going on for at least 6 years, somedays are worst then others, what can i do?

If you have not been seeking professional help then first have a physical exam to know if you have an illness that could cause these symptoms. If not please see a Clinical Psychologist with expertise in multiple types of psychotherapy for help and possibly a Psychiatrist for medication.
