Chronic migraine diagnosed by neurologist . 7 weeks pregnant and constant severe headache and visual disturbances , lightning type zig zags when outside and random floaters . last pregnancy headaches disappeared so unsure what to do ? nothing helps?

Most of the usual prescription migraine agents are unsafe during pregnancy, but could consider some OTC preventatives such as riboflavin, butterbur, magnesium (if blood levels low). Have had some success in stopping the headache by use of 100% oxygen inhalations. Discuss this with your neurologist.
