Most of the usual prescription migraine agents are unsafe during pregnancy, but could consider some OTC preventatives such as riboflavin, butterbur, magnesium (if blood levels low). Have had some success in stopping the headache by use of 100% oxygen inhalations. Discuss this with your neurologist.

In addition to others answers, One should avoid much light exposure, including, TV, Computer, Cell Phones and other hand held devices. Wearing eye blinders and limiting Noise can help. Also reviewing one's diet to eliminate Migraine inducers like Nuts, Chocolate, Caffeine, Wines and some Cheese...
