If your question is whether the effectiveness of the original "plan B" dose will be reduced, the absorption of the hormones in the "plan B" will have been absorbed well prior to 24 hours later. " Plan B" is not 100% certain in prevention of pregnancy, so if your period is delayed, a serum HCG test will detect even low levels of pregnancy hormone.
