Possible acid reflux: Thicken food, sit him in an infant seat for thirty minutes also try small frequent feelings. If no relief see your doctor.

A lot possibilities: Reflux is very common so is over feeding we call them "laundry babies ". Ear infection is possible too. The one thing you don't want to miss is pyloric stenosis. You did not provide age and gender of your baby . In any case, take your baby to the pediatrician so a diagnosis can be made and proper treatment can be given.

Repeated vomiting : Stop his feedings, formula or milk, give small sips of pedialyte or clear fluids depending on the age of your child, if vomiting persisted see his pediatrician or go to ER. Good luck.
