Relief!: Hopefully you will get relief from compression on your ulnar nerve. There are a few ways to move the nerve to help prevent further compression and each have there benefits.

Ulnar nerve : The ulnar nerve can be released and moved in front of the elbow joint. It is usually maintained there in a pocket either on top of the muscle (subcutaneous), or beneathe the muscle (submuscular). To place the nerve submuscular, you have to detach some muscle, place the nerve beneath, and repair the muscle. Some additional pain initially, and a bit longer to heal with more restrictions.
