Too many variables. The question is suggesting a possible contribution of the late changes in meds and definitely Saxenda can cause hypoglycemia mostly at night with abdominal pain in about 5% of patients. Other conditions either by themselves or along a possible side effect from the current drug cannot be ruled out and having your mother’s doc informed timely will help the most at this point.
