Muscle gain: It's a simple concept but hard to do. Resistive exercise and protein in diet of 2mg kg of body weight each day. Legs, back, abdomen, and arm exercise against resistance daily. 3 sets of as much weight as you can lift for 12 reps on each exercise. 30 -45 minutes a day is adequate. No easy route except Anabolic steroids that you should not do.
