Will penicillin help a uti infection?

It may do so. But it's better to see a doctor and make sure you do not have allergy to PCN. And May use other meds similar and cheaper as well as effective

Not the best drug for UTI’s in general. Treatment has to be targeted to the bacterial group that is causing the infection and even then with increasing resistance has to be escalated sometimes to newer or iv drugs. Urine studies are needed many times to determine antibiotic sensitivity.
