As an adult i just developed sleep walking and talking. don't history of this, nor anxiety. i do have epilepsy but never presented like this before. is it possible for this to be new presentation of epilepsy? or new type of seizure?

Most likely, the sleep walking represents a medication side effect, and it is well known that some sleeping pills can cause this. Since you do not mention what medication you take currently, it is not feasible to be more precise. Perhaps you could obtain a virtual consult on the paid portion of our HT site, and go into this in more detail.
