Nothing in particular behind being your best - don't forget to sleep, eat, and be adequately hydrated. You will be observed after the vaccine for a period of time - most dangerous side effects will occur right away. After the COVID does you should be able to return to usual activities. If you have fever, chills, muscle aches, some Tylenol is OK. Many people have no side effects at all.

No specific preparation is needed prior to getting vaccine. Wait about 15 minutes in the clinic, after the injection. If you get aches and/or fever, you may take acetaminophen, no more than 4 g in one day, no alcohol. Wish you good health!
