From reducing calcium intake to better hydration there are limited ways we can control isolated slightly elevated Ca levels. The majority of times unfortunately there are pathological processes creating the premises for hypercalcemia and work up is required in these circumstances.

How high is your calcium level? Drinking more water and reducing your intake of vitamin D and calcium may help for borderline elevation. If the elevation is persistent that warrants investigation by an endocrinologist.
