I am taking concerta 27 mg. 22 yrs old and my health conditions are all good (i did tests). when i am on concerta i experience erectile dysfunction and my penis shrinks in size. should i worry and stop the medication or it has no long-term effects?

This medication is a central nervous system stimulant. If it creates any side-effects, it's best to discuss them with your physician or therapist since there are other options such as methylphenidate (Ritalin) which is short-acting and, if taken appropriately, can be out of one's system by bedtime.
