I have a vaginal itch and i have bought gold bond with 4% lidocaine i was wondering if this is safe to use around the area? also its up my vagina?

The main cause of vaginal itching is yeast infection (candida). Lidocaine will help itching briefly after each treatment, but Gold Bond otherwise does not treat yeast. Try an over-the-counter yeast treatment -- many choices available, active ingredients ending in "azole" (miconazole, clotrimazole, and others). All are equally effective; choose the cheapest. See doctor if that doesn't clear it up.
