It contains talc and zinc oxide, among other things. While the evidence is weak that talc-containing body powders are harmful, talc has been suspected in the causation of some (ovarian) cancers. The powder may be slightly irritating to sensitive vulvar tissues

Not recommended: Talc based powders have been found to possibly be one factor in the development of cancers of the female reproductive organs. If you wish to use a powder in the vulvar area, use one that is cornstarch based, and avoid the mucous membranes ("wet" area inside) of the vagina itself.
