Food packets were covered in water. will there be mould in the packets? they were unopened plastic packaging. pasta, wraps etc. are these foods known for aflatoxin? i dried them but dripping in water from outside?

If the food did not get wet, you are not at risk for any infection, including aflatoxin. Water on the outside of the plastic package is not a cause for concern. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV and Covid vaccines.
