Both breast slightly sore/tender since yesterday. i am still 20 days away from my period. im ovulating now. what is causing this soreness? for your info, i have 3 fibroids on left and 2 fibroids on right breast. all smaller than 8mm?

Many women experience breast tenderness in the latter half of their cycle (after ovulation), and this is not an indicator of a significant problem. You do seem to be describing fibrocystic breasts, which are also associated with breast tenderness. Incidentally, your period should come 14 days after ovulation so I would expect your next period to come sooner than you expect.
