Genital pimples: Pimple-like spots in the genital area could actually be pimples or folliculitis, bacterial infection of hair follicles. They could also be molluscum, a viral infection, common in genital area, as well as other infections. Please see your dermatologist for a more definitive diagnosis and treatment.
