Weather change does not cause bloody urine (gross hematuria in your case). However, it may happen after sex activity. If you did not have sex last night and if pain with voiding persists along with frequency, you may have cystitis and you need antibiotic. If there is no symptom today or tomorrow, request to have a urinalysis done next week. If hematuria persists, your doctor will see you early.
