Ive been getting headaches nonstop for at least a yr, i have a lump on the left top of my forehead,the pain is kind of bad today, its right where the lump is,mri's showed up nothing,could there be something there?seeing a doctor next wk and a dermo?

If MRI is negative, that lump is likely outside of your skull and it is not the cause of your headache. Next week, you will likely have an answer about that lump from the dermatologist. If you have not seen a neurologist for the headache you should request a referral.
