Pneumonia: White blood cell counts and differentials are not conducive to establishing a diagnosis, but can be helpful in adding or subtracting to clinical findings. Without knowing what symptoms you are having and without being able to examine you the advice must be limited. You might want to see an infectious disease doctor.
