Zero risk. HSV is transmitted only by direct skin-to-skin contact with infected persons. It is never transmitted among adult household members who do not have intimate contact with those who are infected.

What you described does not put you at risk of HSV. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!
