Are eyedrops systemic? for example if i use eyedrops for my will it cure same bacteria in sinuses?

Unlikely. the amount of antibiotic in eye drops is not sufficient to treat infection elsewhere. Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. For nutrition: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/. Get HPV and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!

While it is true that some of the medication in eyedrops drain through into the nose and can be absorbed systemically from there, the amounts are usually trivial. There are much better ways to get antibioitcs to the sinuses.
