Today, when i was taking a shower and when i closed my eyes i saw floaters that looked big and half round, they were the color red too. ive seen floaters before but not that big and half round. my eyes are back to normal now,was it the water doing it?

Floaters are not uncommon as one gets older but sudden changes may indicate a need to see the Eye Specialist, Ophthalmologist sooner than later.

With eyes closed, these are not vitreous floaters but after images of lights or images you had looked at. The water did not cause it. https://www.ceenta.com/news-blog/why-do-i-see-afterimages
