In two seperate times ( 3 months beween the two ) after i went to the beach where there is some cold wind hitting my chest , i wake up the next night having pain in chest and not breathing for few secounds as if i have asthma ?

That is not a characteristic symptom of nocturnal asthma due to lack of wheeze or cough. Cold draft hitting on the chest can cause some muscular discomfort or soreness. This discomfort could have awakened you. You won't entirely stop breathing while sleeping or while awake.
