Anything OTC mostly: There are a few flags here. Mainly, if you really are having trouble breathing and wheezing, that needs to get looked at asap. However, most asthma medications and otc decongestants are fine to take while breastfeeding, unless you are taking them above the recommended amount. If you have any questions about other remedies or herbal remedies, ask the pharmacist.
