I got tested for stuff and i do not have anything and i am a virgin; anyways, i have a ton of itching on the outside of my vagina on the skin and its basically when i touch it it itches i dont see any rashes though what could it be and treatment?

Vaginal itching may be caused by fungal (yeast) infections. Most are easily treated effectively , so see a GYN physican for an exam and culture.
