I'm 6 weeks pregnant. is it okay to take 200 mcg of biotin?

You may take it but do not expect it solve any problem or health issues. For the sake of your and your baby's health, you should be under the care of a doctor who can address your specific issues. Wish you good health and a healthy baby!

It is too much, especially if you already take Prenatal vitamins along with a nonrestrictive American diet which are enough to provide the required biotin amount for pregnancy. Too much biotin is not safe for the fetus.
