Please schedule an appointment with your primary care physician and ask him/her to refer you to a neurologist who can evaluate the symptoms you have. Whole body tremors and staring in space may be part of the spectrum of symptoms for seizures. Numbness and pain in arms, legs may be related to spinal cord problems. A neurologist can sort all that out for you. Please schedule appointment ASAP.

Based upon your post, it is not feasible to be precise but agree with need to get this properly diagnosed and handled. Some of your symptoms raise concern of epilepsy, and the numbness and pain in limbs might be due to peripheral neuropathy. Are medications or recreational drugs involved? Urge NO driving, activities at heights, or power equipment usage. All needs to be addressed.
