Palpable lymph nodes (nodes that you can feel) can be normal or may indicate an infectious process and sometimes a malignancy. The size, location, and any tenderness and other symptoms are important in determining the likely cause. You should see a physician who can examine you and hopefully will find that they are normal, but will do further testing if necessary.

You cannot determine if a give node has cancer without removing it and having a pathologist examine the tissue. You may feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if any of the the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor. Wish you good health!
