Brain fog has many causes and I don't recall see many with this due to excess thyroid issues. It will depend on what medicine you started and what is the cause of your excess thyroid and brain fog. Bt will depend on what you mean by brain fog. The definition is a bit foggy. ;-)

"Brain Fog" is tough to define, and we can answer more precisely, if you list the experienced problems. The "symptom" may be unrelated to the thyroid issues, and could be associated with other problems, such as a sleep disorder, or depression.
